Highland County District Library

We now provide books, audiobooks, videos, programs and public computers and WiFi access from four physical locations in Highland County.
Area 937 Ministries

Area 937 is dedicated to aiding those who are either unemployed, under-served or struggling by providing food and daily necessities for their families.
FRS Counseling-Transportation

We are a non-profit organization that provides transportation for Highland County residents to medical/counseling appointments and job/educational training in Highland County and the surrounding area of Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Chillicothe and Portsmouth.
Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center

We are a group of treatment centers that offer residents of Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pike, and Pickaway Counties help for drug addiction, alcoholism, and a variety of other addictions, health concerns, or emotional disorders.
